"Woody", The Redwood, pictured top below, is a ram we purchased privately from Donner Trail Ranch in 2005. A tremendous grandson of Sequoia (Buckeye Acres) and a beautiful Rogers ewe, The Redwood stood 41"x42" and gave us our most consistent lamb crops ever.
We are sorry he is no longer with us but his genetics live on in our flock!

Mountain High Suffolks Stud Rams: High Calibre
“High Calibre” RRNN, Syringa 674, pictured below, was purchased from Syringa Suffolks in 2007. He has really clicked with Woody, Ace and RRaider daughters, producing lambs with tremendous length, depth and muscling.
Yearling Ewes are available for sale. “Cal” is a “Gunfire” son who has tremendous bone, super length, a high dock and is a ram who complements Woody and RRaider daughters perfectly. There are a few young brood ewes sired by High Calibre for sale along with some select grandsons and grandaughters who carry on his tradition of great length and substance.

POWERSTROKE is out of the famous "Strok-n-It" Peifer 1191, a National Champion, and an Eagle ewe that has produced great Suffolks for Ruby Mountain Sheep company year after year.
POWERSTROKE has done a great job for us. We love his length, through-and-through muscling, high dock, heavy bone, clean front end and great head. We will use him heavily again this spring for fall lambs.
